The flange is often the job.

Faucets, fill valves, supply lines, disposals. June will reset a toilet. If the closet flange is rotten she stops and says the flange is the work, not another wax ring. A toilet that rocks because the floor is soft is a floor conversation. She does not caulk the base to hide the rock.

A disposal gets a new unit when the motor is done. The reset button is not a repair. She checks the dishwasher hose so the new unit does not empty into the cabinet.

Supply lines that are still the old plastic tubing get replaced while she is under the sink. They split on their own schedule, usually on a Sunday. Braided lines are what she leaves behind.
